Please Help in Drivers

I just buy Microsoft Windows vista Home Premium, It looking extremelly hot and 100x features. But i am upset that my all drivers not working like MotherBoard, Sound Driver and Internet Connection. Someone please help me to find my drivers.

MotherBoard - Asus Intel 865G Chipset P5PE-VM Series
Sound - Sound Max

Please please help me.
