WMV to MPG convertor software

I have lots of wmv files and need to convert them to the mpg format. The software should be resource friendly and do the job without the loss of quality or quantity from the video.

how long will a 65 mb wmv file take to convert to mpg using that software?

That software is 25 mb. Any software which takes less resources ?

I try these contersion with ImToo or Xilisoft applications... and both of them does a pretty good job !!!

You can try for it elso VidLogo. There is a free trial version without time limit. I use it long time and I haven't any problem with it.
