Default Rose.exe

Hi guys

i know theres already been a thread about the virus rose.exe in 2006 and early 2007 but i my os has been affected by it only recently..(it may have been lying dormant somewhere till now)

Anyways..no matter the threads..some have been usefull but not enough. I still cant find enough of information about the virus. And my main problem like the last thread i remember posted here...is the drives..(c & d) not being accessible since they have been linked to rose.exe

Now i have done everything i can regarding information on the net to delete the virus. I believe i have succeeded in doing the following

*I have stopped it from working in the background
*I have deleted the rose.exe program which was quarantined by my Norton Antivirus
*I have deleted the required registry through run>regedit

I however havent succeeded in finding the following 3 vital files that have to be deleted.

-Autorun.inf
-run.reg
-systemdate.ini

I have tried again and again using whatever option available to at least find these files but they haven been located by my search program. I have even enabled viewing of hidden system files and folders however no results.

As a result the problem of the drives still searching for rose.exe still exists and the registry containing rose.exe keeps coming back (i press f3 and search for all rose.exe results to delete)
Please note i also have Spy Bots Tea Timer running in the process but i dont think it intefers so please advice on this issue.

I have followed every instruction from Trend Micro's website a 100 times. However no luck.

Please if there is any new information about this virus and solving this problem can you experts please keep me posted.

Thanks
