last.fm scrobbing problem

Hey guys
I've registered in last.fm and d/led the little program. But even after d/l and checking all settings, whenever i play songs(both in iTunes and WMP) , it doesn't scrob. Any idea?

I have similar problems.

Not all the songs I play are scrobbed. I have to play each song 2 times to get them scrobbed.

Install the plug-in instead of the Last.fm player which is for radio purposes alone.

iTunes Plug-in --> http://www.last.fm/tools/downloadplugin/?id=14
Windows Media Player Plug-in --> http://www.last.fm/tools/downloadplugin/?id=9

Install them and run the respective players after that to get an automatic dialog box to set them up and running. No firewall issues, etc ... this way.

Which Player are you using? Would help us figure out the issue.

It is called 'scrobbling'.
