Default unable to open drives

hi frnds. my frnd is having a prob wid his pc.
can any1 help
heres wot he has to say

"I was infected by some Trojan ...don't remember its name ... and after that something happened to my hard drivers ....
every time I try to enter one of them like D: or E: ....etc ... i got this problem in this image

then I formated the C: (primary drive) I re-install the XP SP2 ...
and the C: return to his normal situation but the other drivers still have the same problem tell now ...
I'm using the Kapersky Internet Security newest version with full update
and did a full scan to my computer withing Kasper and virus gone but the problem stayed

anyone has a solution please??"

hey, what choto cheetha mentioned above won't work for the drives, but will work fine with folders. becoz i am having the same problem. anybody knows how to fix it.

download this file and run it..it will make the drive options to default

if problem continues post again.And plz do full online system scan. you can find few online scan options here:

Turn off system restore before doing online scan.
