firefox bookmarks lost

i was usin firefox....i closed it & just as i was goin to press the power button to shut down my pc ,my younger bro pressed the reset button......now all my bookmarks r gone..any help guys?

Yeah I have lost bookmarks many a times like that...
better keep a backup..

in your firefox profile folder, there will be a bookmarks.html file. there will be one or more files named bookmarks in the same folder, which are old backups of the bookmarks.html, the most recent being bookmarks.bak. rename the one you want bookmarks.html and start firefox.

In Windows perhaps in ur "C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\xxxxxxxx.default\boo kmarkbackups\" u will find ur bookmarks
