Default Full screen DOS in vista


hi i dunno if this has been discused b4 as i cudnt find it in search...

newez i need DOS full screen coz my laptop is tx1003 which is 12.1" widescreen n dos works only half or may less of dat on screen...

i need 2 use c language n cobol programming so m facing probs here...treid increasing screen size in dos window properties....it works but still it reduces 2 normal as i start c or cobol programming sheet...increased my dpi but not big improvement..

ps: if not full screen atleast i want a bigger window...is it possible? i know vista doesnt have ne more fullscreen support for dos but ne way out

ALT+ENTER didn,t work it just displyas a message that doesn't suppport

Vista doesnot support full screen command prompt.

Its a known issue of Windows Vista. You can run Command Prompt in full screen if you are using standard VGA drivers or if you install XP display drivers:
