Unhappy Outlook 2007 problem

Of recent(after a virus attack affecting IE7 and Firefox; removed the virus successfully), I cannot open any link of an email from within the client. I get an error message:

General failure. The URL was: ".....". The sysem cannot find the file specified.

What could be the problem? Do I have to reinstall Outlook?
Earlier the links used to open via Firefox.

Default Re: Outlook 2007 problem

I am not sure how to fix your problems, but I had some problems with my windows XP and I found some great solution for it on a tech support site. Here is the page for Office 2007 in that site - http://www.fixya.com/support/p629595...onal_2007_full

Hope it help
