Style XP or Window Blinds?
I am in great confusion. As i can only keep any one of them at a time on my system, so i am unable to decide which one to keep and which one to trash.
So you people tell me which is better of the two and which one should i install?
Thanx.

Re: Style XP or Window Blinds?
windows blinds has one good options tat is the minimize, maximize & close button will glow... tat is one advantage of it, but when ur system is bootin windowsblinds take more time to load and makes ur system a little slower while boot...
earlier i used windowblinds but later found style xp better and found better themes for it so started using style xp
my vote goes for style xp(simple, beautiful, stable and strong)

Re: Style XP or Window Blinds?
I would prefer "UXtheme Patcher" over StyleXP. Why use a software to apply themes, if we can do it w/o using any software?
Just patch the uxtheme.dll file and enjoy all themes.
WindowBlinds is different, it gives transparency, glow and lots of eye candy features, which u can't get in msstyles. So u can't compare WB with StyleXP or others.

Yes i tried patching UXtheme.dll using UXtheme Patcher, did everything, step by step right, but it didnt worked (I wanted to use your VistaVG )
Then i installed StyleXP and it worked, since then i started to like StyleXP...
But as u stated about the eye candy and stuff above, i wanted to try WB, but not on the cost of StyleXP, so i think i will stick to StyleXP now...

No we can use Style XP skins with Windows Blind.
You just have to install Stardock Theme Builder (Which is free I think.) and then you can convert .msstyles to .wba files.
But I dont use StyleXP. I prefer Tune Up Utilities 2007.
