    How much widows vista (ultimate) should be priced so that you purchase it.

    For me it should be 4000 /-

    This will be a battleground after some posts!!

    For me its correctly priced @ 200 bucks.

    genuinely it should be priced under 2.5 K and if it is, it will certainly make huge dip in windows piracy, the equation of pirated and genuine will tend to reverse.

    Keeping everything in mind the correct price should be

    RS 5000 For Vista Ultimate.
    RS 3500 For Vista Basic.

    In this way the sales will soar in no time. it will also reduce piracy greatly.

    But still I have seen people who like to buy pirated software @ Rs 100. They think buying genuine software is only a way to pay much more than they can get @ Rs100. What a thinking!!

    Oh comon guys, why go for Ultimate? Just for "Ultimate" Name

    Windows Vista home premium = Rs 5000

    Windows Vista Ultimate = 10k

    Home basic = Rs 2k

    Atleast this way people will realize that Ultimate hardly provides anything usefull for home users over Home premium.
