can anyone help me in recovering it..

Umm.. This has been posted before too...You can't recover the contents in your ZIP if you've forgotten your pass... Although there are a few Brute-force ZIP password crackers out there, hardly any of them work....

Anyway, you can throw a query on Google ,regarding ZIP file password crackers and you may get a few of those apps.... Try em yourself and see if they work for you.....
