As there's no direct method (as per my knowledge), you can try this
Go to this site ( http://translation2.paralink.com/ )for translation !!
And then paste it on a word document
then use http://www.pdf995.com/
to convert them back to PDFSumeet

yeah u are right.. there is no such direct software...
PDF files are ment to be read only
therefore one has to work in longer way..
