Is there any software to convert pdf files in some other language to english ??????????????

As there's no direct method (as per my knowledge), you can try this

Go to this site ( http://translation2.paralink.com/ )for translation !!

And then paste it on a word document

then use http://www.pdf995.com/
to convert them back to PDF

yeah u are right.. there is no such direct software...

PDF files are ment to be read only therefore one has to work in longer way..
