Both are free for personal use. Read the terms & conditions of respective manufacturers.

If you need an AV for your organization, I am afraid you dont have too many free options... Most free options indicate free for personal use. Therefore, their license cant be used in offices...

ClamAV but it has no real time scanning, though if combined with WinPooch, it acts very well.

I'm using Avast for the past 1 and a half yrs and I recommend it 2 all ma frenz.Its realy gud and will serve ur purpse in a cost-effective manner
