Angry Serious Problem Need help (EXPLORER)


Everytime i open a drive , say C:, D: ANY DRIVE . it opens 'Open with' instead of opeaning . everytime i have to Rt click to open

Search for any hidden autorun.inf or autorun.ini files in the the drives and delete it. Before that uncheck the hide protected operating system files from the Folder Options->View menu

Your solution should be in the folder options. Go there and see what is default action. If it is "open with" change it to open. Or simply click the button "set everything to defaults".

This is some virus problem....

I suspect Ravmon E... Remove it with some good latest AV...

Go to Tools > Folder option, make sure settings are right...

If u r not getting FOLDER OPTIONS in TOOLS menu then it's surely VIRUS Problem!

Also try this. Open regedit and goto:

Code:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers
and make sure, that these keys don't contain any suspicious item.
