Default Norton Problem

After i install Norton AV 2007, I cannot configure it. When I click on the configure button, nothing happens. Is there any remedy for this ?

On what OS did you install it ?
Assuming it was properly installed check out whether you can locate Symantec or Norton Folder in Program Files.
