Angry Unable to start TC in Win XP....Its Very Urgent..


Hey guys,

Tried starting TC and its givin this error



Well i have used TC in XP earlier...whats the problem here..?? I need to use TC tonite.. at any cost..!!

Any other options..

i think u opened tc thru its shortcut i.e tc.lnk... try opening tc.exe..

try to open it from MS-DOS prompt !

but the problem is it crashes too often...

try running it in compatibility mode for win 98 .

try to get Borland TC++. may be that will help.

OR Try Bloodshed Dev-C++

it works on Win98 too

Use Dosbox its a open source emulator for DOS ..
Its available for Windows XP.. I run TC++ via Dosbox in Fedora without any problem

Buddy do one simple thing



1. Right Click TC.EXE

2. Move to compatibility tab
3. Select Compatibility Mode
either windows 95 or windows 98/Me

Click Apply and Ok

now run TC.EXE
