windowsxp & ubuntu in same pc

I am using ubuntu. now i want to install xp without removing ubuntu. is it possible?

yes, but windows always overwrites the MBR so you will have to reinstall GRUB.
As for installing windows, just install in the partition made for it, don't touch the linux partitions. Then everything should go all right.
