Disable any firewall you use, and then try again.. This used to happen to me very often with the BSNL dataone usage page. When I disabled the ZA firewall I was using and tried again, it used to work.. Don't know the reason, but you can try it..
Nowadays, I don't use ZA (using Comodo); and I don't visit the BSNL page (datafox does that for me).
