Donno it's problem wth hardware or software ???? ( but prob !! )

Hello all

yesterday my fnd sys met with an serious problem ( it restrating automatically ) thn we have chkd for the viruses and removed three viruses , thn also the same thing continued.

we planned to format c drive and to re install xp and formatted the c drive , while installing the operating sys XP , we got the blue screen error with the following message at the time of installing drivers ( installing windows --> driver installation )

intel dualcore 2.6ghz processor

80 gb sata hard disk drive

Please help us to recover the prob

mtlmnt5.sys file in your Cd may be corrupt. Try installing from any other XP cd.

Probably your windows XP installation disc damaged...try installing with a different disc.

Yeah already chkd with different copies !!! Same Error

is there anythng problem with modem ?? becoz one of my friend told to check the modem .

Yup its the modem. Just remove it and reinstall xp
