Cant configure TCP/IP

Properties tab of TCP/IP is in grey in my system.
I use airtel so want to change the default DNS servers.
I tried to reinstall and reset the TCP/IP , but in vain.

Try reinstalling the network card driver for your motherboard.

I saw the picture you have posted, looks like your running as a restricted user. Login with administrator privileges and your problem should be solved

I tried all posiible kind of reinstall.

And I login with administrator privileges always, at begining me also thought thae same way.

Actuallt when I hit Uninstall or Install tab , then box goes blank.
I think some files are missing.

Click on Install in Properties Dialod then select Clients, then install Client for microsoft network.. takes some time.... leave it unselected.... Restart your system... login to administrator or login to your account (If its in Admins group) try it!! then see it... if doesn't work tell me
