Default Suggest a vista ready tv tuner card

Hi Guys !
Calling all tech gurus in this regard

I just sold my pinnacle PCTV internal tv tuner card to somebody primarily due to its slow performance in my old computer(1.5 gig,256 mb.so new one must be a little less resource demanding)
Now I need to buy a new card and want some suggestions in this regard

My need :

1.A stable card (internal or ext) with reasonable picture quality
2.FM will be added bonus but not mandatory
3.Basic dvr functions which will alLow me to capture to vcd quality at least
4.Remote control

*************Most Important of all****************

It must be vista ready as I will upgrade to a new rig after a year or so

Price range : around 1.5 k or lower

Please help !
Thnx in advance

I am thinking abt Compro videomate M200
Can anyone confirm its price ?

This month Digit review some TV-tuner card, According to the mag price tag 1.5k or lower you can't make any good deal....you need to stretch your budget more 1k or 1.5k.i,e Rs.2500 to 3000....as you want Good PVR or Picture quality..in Internal/External (USB) segment.

This month (After reading digit) I settled myself in External Set-Top Tuner [Tech-Com SSD-TV-722 {Digit Best Buy Silver}] segment....which have no PVR capability...as I don't need the feature.

So better,First buy the magazine, read the article....and decide.

I stopped buying digit long ago..its too expensive for me to spend 125 rs behind a 125 page book !!!!! i read it from local library so it takes long time to get a hold of it

anyway I shortlisted compro pvr/fm m200

Can anybody confirm its price ????
