Default Registry problem in windows XP

Hi,

I have window xp install in my pc. we have install some calling software in it for call center work. for the security resion the system resoter is disable.

today after installing servicpace, i got a registary error in it the voilating access control.

can it posible to resore in earlery state without using system restore

Agree with Anandk. i don't knw much abt registry. Contact Vishal Gupta via PM or wait for him to reply. He's the registry GURU.

refer to
http://support.microsoft.com/KB/875350.. to remove SP2 or http://support.microsoft.com/kb/329260 for SP1

from ur system

then use use Ccleaner to remove zombie entries

Most probably this will solve your problem

he dznt wanna do that. he wants to restore registry state ONLY to a prior good time.
