sify BB User..Unable to uninstall Trend micro AV

Hi

i m sify BB user and dont want to use Trend Micro AV which one is provided by sify at time of client installation.

i m unable to remove it ..whenever i uninstalled it and restarted pc ,at time of sign in i m getting message install Trend micro ..then and then i can able to sign in......

once i uninstalled Trend micro and without restarting pc installed free AVG AV then i got message u have trial or evaluation copy of another AV,uninstall it and install Trend micro.

pls tell me if there is any way.....

You need to call sify and tell them u don't want their antivirus and they can deactivate it from there

first go to run & type "msconfig" without quotes
than go to startup disable the following



now restart your PC & try to uninstall Trend & Install AVG

if this not work
uninstall you Sify Dialer & Trend
restart PC
than install AVG & after this install Sify Dialer
& at the time of installation of sify dialer dont uninstall you current AV

better u call them and say u use another antivirus and they will do the setting.. they did for me and now i can install even without antivirus!
