sisoft sandra 2007 engineer problem.

i installed this software(original copy)
it ran perfectly but after a day i said "Could not initialize database"
i even started its services in 'services.msc' and every service of this software, but its still not working,
wats the problem?

and is there any other tool equally good to the above mentioned software with all the features?

Reinstall the software

dude ive tried everything,
ive even formatted xp!
ive reinstalled it abt 15+ times, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt,
is there any patch or somethin?
