Exclamation want to do a testing for this ...but how

well I want to do atesting for antivirus/antispyware/firewal all the latest and best brands i have installed ( some r free , some r shareware , some are our company bought by paying price ) , as I got all legal versions so I think I have no lagal issues now .So I want to go /do things which may be harmful for nme actually I want to see they can protect me or not . But how to do this exactly ?how I know that visiting this site I may get a trozan in? like that?? if u have some views do share with me . I am unsing windows ( vista [original]as the OS . And I will tell u other softwares I am using later.

Connect to another PC over LAN. Send an infected file to your computer from there...see if the Security software you have detects it or not....
