Bios Update... funny Q

Well... i went here: (do take a look)

And apparently... my BIOS had 3 or 4 updates so far... the recent one was "on Feb this year 2007"

Now my Q is... do i need to download just this one update or all of the previous ones ?

I mean... this latest one will have all the previous things in it... or do i need to install all of previous manually "one by one"

I think U need only the latest update to install.
