Default Outlook Express Context Menu

I would like to add an item to the Outlook Express context menu.

When I click over a link within an Email that I received I must get a new item in the context menu which will allow me to open the link in the IE new window. SO we can name the new item as "Open in NEW IE WINDOW". How can I go about doing this. ??? Help Please
