Need a special Download manager (VSDM-Very special Download Manager)

Hey guys,
Need some help.I wanna find a download manager,But it have to have some special characteristics.Not all of the below are necessary!!.But if you guys knw a DM that has at least some of these qualities,plz reply as soon as possible.Plz guys,its a great help for me!!
1).Should be able to run as a system process,hidden from the computer users ( except me !!).Cannot be shown in even the quick launch bar.And no splash screens.
2).Should be able to schedule downloads and able to start up with windows.
3).Smaller is better.I mean the desktop consumption ( not the application size).
4).Its better if I can protect it with a password .
5).Even better if I can remotely control it!!.

I dont think any single download manager has all these features, BTW, why hiding it and password huh

You shall have to use 2 3 programmes to get these effects. Orbit is a lightweight client , which can start up with windows, schedule downloads.

You can use Window Hiders to hide the window. For remotely controlling, you can use LogMeIn.

BTW, are we talking about downloading in the cafe, and you controlling it from home or somewhere else?

I had made one for cyber cafe downloading... Works perfectly and partial remote administration is also possible....

I had even uploaded it but it got deleted.... Will re-upload it in a few days if you can wait...

Dude that's not fair. You can't use up the Cyber Cafe's bandwidth to download without paying much.
This is bandwidth theft.
