Disabling Righat click on Desktop

Hi All,
I am using a Domain controlar with windows server 2003. I want to disable right click for the user who are created in active directory. How can it be posible......

you may disable right click all to gether

Explorer]
System Key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Policies\
Explorer]
Value Name: NoViewContextMenu
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: (0 = disabled, 1 = enabled)
