how to "Always on TOP" ???

With many windows opened (specially while copy 'n paste) suppose I want to make a window always on top. Is it possible? If yes, then HOW ???

If u have the power tray power toy installed, it does this, it's a very useful powertoy to minimize windows to system tray etc.
