Unhappy Windows Me CD

When I boot from Windows ME Bootable CD, it shows, following:
BOOT FROM:
1: WINDOWS ME CD ROM
2: HARD DISK

I press '1' and Enter>

It again shows:
1: START WINDOWS ME SETUP USING CD ROM
2: START WITH CD ROM SUPPORT
3:START WITHOUT CD ROM SUPPORT

Now, I press '1' and Enter>
Then it loads all drivers, components, ....,....
PCI BUS SCAN COMPLETE.,..
and then shows an error.
Windows ME Setup files not found.

But, in the CD there are *.exe, *.bin, *.cab, etc ...all files are present.
What Can be the Problem?

1. Select START WITH CD ROM SUPPORT

AT Dos Prompt, manually go to the Setup folder and run setup.exe. Maybe you have wrong Dir Structure

Maybe wrong Dir Structure. .............But how?
In Windows Me, are the Setup files present directly in the CD Root or they are present in a folder, like; i386, setup_files, data, ....etc?
