Data not saved during Hibernating !

I own a Dell Inspiron Laptop with 1 GB ram and I am used to regularly hibernate d system if I am gonna return back in half hour or so ...

But nowadays my laptop has suddenly started to spur up a warning that says :
All the data could not be saved .
Due to this I have already lost lot of data
The files or games just dont get saved after Hibernation as it is supposed to be
PLZ HELP ME

There can be 2 reasons,

1. Windows XP has issue with Hibernation if you have more that 1GB of RAM, you may download the fix from here, bellow to solve the issue...

Hibernation problem on computers with 1 GB of RAM

2. When you have running to many resources hungry Aplication at the time of Hibernation this problem may come...

You may follow this bellow guide and Install the patch... !!
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/909095

and run a live update... to obtain all lastest device drivers for the system also defrag the HDD !!
