Try this... (Assuming you are on Windows Vista)
Click the arrow below Sync tab > More Options > Choose Speakers in that list of devices > Select Properties > Then, Advanced > Finally, hit Configure and follow the on screen instructions. Or assuming you are using Windows XP, simply go to Control Panel > Audio and open up that Audio Properties and find Left and Right labeled balance sliders and make them move equally.
