Try the Last known good configuration or try the installation again....

reinstall XP. even if u manage to remove that plugin, there will be some traces. WGA might have crippled your computer.

LMAO.

Never heard of WGA popping up mid SP2 installation but I don't think its WGA's fault. Its probably a bad SP2 installation that might have been incomplete or might have been corrupted whilst downloading (But AFAIK, the installer checks for corruptions.).

Wait, when did you restart? After WGA installation or after SP2 installation?

However, it could also be this small bug which had an Update that went like "Windows XP doesn't boot after SP2 is installed". I'll try finding that one and get back here.

i tryed the system restore option or go to last good configuration option when that screen where you choose what you want to do after clicking F8(or one of the Fs) and both did nothing.

after i installed service pack 2 i can see (in safe mode of course) that in drive c i have less than 500 MB, can that be the problem?

i really dont want to format c and reinstall all...

about the restart: i dont really remember but i did it when they told me to do it.
