firstly backup everything on ur system.Uninistall your anti-virus then try visting some "illegal cracks/keygen" sites download randomly some files.then try ur AV (hope u don't Norton Anti Virus ). If so PLEASE have nod32 with updates ready as standby.... .Give us ur av test report..
