pc restarting

hi friends,
I have winxp sp2. everytimes when i plug dku 5 (nokia connectivity cable) and acess it my pc restart autometicly. also some times when i use to my dial up mode for net pc restart.

after restarting my pc shows this eror message.

'" windows had recovered from a serious eror'
SEND EROR REPORT OR DONT SEND.

I dont know what is the probleam and where is the probleam.

please help me.

cud be due to a faulty/incompatible driver installation.
uninstall all drivers and then install fresh drivers first and then connect cable

i tried it but probleam is not going yet

and wht is the probleam with modem

This happened with me too & had found that 2 devices when connected to usbport would reboot the comp giving me BSOD, I had to reinstall the OS then it went away, some driver fault was causig it.
