RTM is Release to Manufacturers. Manufacturers get their version sooner than the General Public who use Retail. Nothing different in these versions just their names like WIN XP had OEM and Retail

Hey, I have cheaked it, it's 6.0.6000.16386 which according to you is RTM, then what is Retail's version?
What's the technical diffrences between RTM and Retail?

there is no difference between RTM and retail version

RTM - goes to PC manufacturers such as hp, dell for them to give it bundled on their systems

Retail - available near a shop near u for u or ur system engg to install
