Smile windows xp account through dos???


GUYS CAN U PLZZZ TELL ME HOW 2 CREATE A WINDOWS XP USER ACCOUNT THROUGH DOS........I KNOW ITS POSSIBLE....CUD SUM ! PLZ TELL ME THE EXACT PROCEDURE....plzzzzzzzzz:confu sed:

The AddUsers command was available in the resource kit of earlier (2K,NT) versions. Just check if a similar utility is present for XP and please don't yell
