Default why does the speed of a torrent decrease when it is towards completion????


hi ppl
i use bitcomet for dwnloding torrents. from some time i have been observing that when a torrent is towards completion it's speed decreses.
this has happened many times. does any one know why.
how can i stop this.

mayb it uploads more rather than downloads .........

Fewer ppl have complete files... more have part files.. so u get to download from all of them havin parts larger than urs. The more complete ur download bcomes, the lesser speeds u might come up with as lesser ppl have the part of file u want...

The graph goes up & then down... Starting prob as more ppl have to b gathered, then steady, then comes completion phase which fewer ppl have got. U download from lesser ppl then.. thus lower speeds in the end.
Not necessary though. As in case of ur download speed slower than the combined upload speeds of seeders.
