1. Try system restore
2. Try logging in through safe mode
3. Boot with XP CD and try to repair the install

friend as u deleted all the userlike "sanjeev" and "abc" . there was no need to trying to delete administrator user account when u were logged on through sanjeev.there is possibility of deleting some "windows " files ,so that it may ask for restarting .first switch off the system and restart after some time ,if it restarts successfully then logged on as safe mode ,if still failure then place ur win xp cd and configure through "repair " when installing ask for .other wise take out ur hard disk and attached another system ,,and accesss ur old file and folder what u need.

It is possible from command prompt to make a new user
code is
net user **** /add
(in place of **** type new user name you need)
But this only works if you are logged on
If I try repair & then go to command prompt from it
this Net user command dosent support

Pls help me
tell me the possible way to make new user name without logging into WinXP

Pls help................

when you repair the XP Installation, DO NOT USE the RECOVERY DISKS. (which comes with HP Laptop)

they dont give you the option of repairing, better use your XP CD (non OEM).

didnt the "System Restore" work???

if re-installation is your last hope, then pop-in the Recovery Disk, & select Standard Recovery.

the Standard Recovery WILL NOT DELETE/FORMAT any files. it'll only delete the system files (during XP installation).
