Default Getting standard XP icons back.

Ok guys I googled for this a long time and still didnt get anything hence the thread. I am a small time desktop modder and I stopped modding my desktop since I got a job and now dont have much time. So my question is I used to use Iconpackager for modding my XP icons, but after I uninstalled it the icons didnt go back to the normal XP icons. Now is there anyway to reset the icons. I mean almost all the icons have been back but some havent got back to the default jpeg icons and some other icons r showing a diff icon. Any help out here will be appreciated.

TIA.

-Michael
