software to read .CBR format

can any one suggest me the software to read the comics in .CBR format

You can just extract the contents of CBR files using WinRar or 7Zip file manager.

Or you can use CDisplay for reading CBR files.

CDisplay is the best you can find for reading comic books. On Linux, you can simply choose from QComicBook or Comix.
