gone???

Dear friends i have this problem please help me....

"Ok some time back i had installition of Windows XP pro and in that i had a user account which was administrator and it was password proctected. The problem now is that i installed a fresh copy of windows XP pro on the same drive that is C: i did not format the drive so all the privous files and folders are still there and are working fine.
Now the user account had a folder which is now not access now.
"c:\Documents and settings\Krishna is not accessable"
"Access is Denied"
this is what i get.
i know that files inside this folder are still there cause 1.i did not format it
2. When i ran a system check for virus on the present windows it scaned all the files in this directory.


These files are very important please help me
i have used the following recovery tools with no success
1.Recover my files
2.smart data recovery

How to take ownership of a folder or file.

You just need to take ownership of My Docs folder and then it will be accesible.
