NMIndexStoreSvr.exe eating my Resource..

What is NMIndexStoreSvr.exe ???It is eating up my resource..how can it be safely disabled..or something like that...??

Its nero desktop indexing service.

Just stop it by right clicking on taskbar and then toolbars and then uncheck nero desktopbar(or something like that)
restart PC

or

run> msconfig
goto startup tab
uncheck NMIndexStoreSvr.exe
click apply
restart PC
