drives not opening

hi friends,
i have problem in opening the drives of my computer,when i double click on any drive its open in next window,i have checked in tools option that is also correct it shows open next window in same window option is also enable,
when i right click on any drive the first options in right click menu is open(0)
then next is Auto play then search then open.
but in others pcs the right click option menu first option is just open.
i have reinstall 2 to 3 times o.s i.e. xp.but still i have same problem so any one have face this problem so tell the solution for it or any one know for same....................thanx

In windows explorer
1. Go to "Tools-->Folder Options"
2. Select the "File Types" tab
3. Select the file type of "Folder".
4. Click on "Advanced"
5. Under the "Actions" select "Open"
6. Click on "Set Default"
7. Click OK

You can also delete the open(0) option if required
