Well, you can use MAGIC Iso Creator, UltraISO, etc. I use Ultra ISO

i aslo agree alcohol is the best..
or u can use the nero image recorder for this purpose also..
but as these r not freewares so u may use Easy CD DVD Burner.....

The guy asked for free software.
Most burnin softwarez can also make isos.
Nero itself makes.. try the image recorder option in CD/DVD recorder drop-down box.
For free options, didja try ISO Recorder v2, DeepBurner (Free), CDBurnerXP?
