PLZ help

I just installed Windows blinds latest edition. from then onwards, I cannot get my task bar back. After uninstalling Windows blinds, also I'm unable to get back my task bar, plz help.
System restore was disabled, so that is of no use. Also SFC is not working.
after booting the task bar does not appear. I have to use the 'run' command to do my work.

it seems that U have corruped ur xp .Better install another theme changer software,that will fix the error.

looks like corrupt xp. repair xp using the cd. Insert CD while BOOT>Press enter when it says new installation>Press R. It will repair it.

Did u uninstall it properly? means without deleting from Program Files
