Default Expertise in Java Or .Net

Hi,

I know java & C# with ASP.Net proficiently. I want to master/expert any one of this. Which one should i select. I am doing this from point of getting higher position jobs (PM or sal. more than 5lac/annum). What you think I should choose now,so that later on I am not disappointed.

I have strong likings for .Net though.

Thanks in advance
