As far as i know, this sounds like a worm known as M-Worm.Win32.Qucan.

Your PC is infected by Trojan-Downloader.Win32.AutoIt.d also known as W32/Sohanad.J. The worm will infect Windows systems and spreads through Yahoo! Messenger. The worm arrives as a downloaded file via Yahoo! Messenger. Upon execution, this worm copies itself as SVHOST.EXE in the Windows System folder.

This is recognised by most AntiVirus and AntiSpyware Softwares. Install avast! Free AntiVirus and scan complete system in "safe mode".
This should solve your problem.
