Backup !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i m planning 2 format my harddisk ....and perform a clean install of windows vista......

bfore that i wnt to backup all the data....i have a dvd writer ...... so i will be backing up data in dvds ....... can u tell me if there is any software available for backing up data such as....firefox bookmarks.....ie bookmarks.....and other important details which have been saved in programs that i use ........ as far as files are concerned i will back them up manually......

There is no software for such puposes.
there only softwares for the whole harddisk backup's
